RESOLUTION OF AWARD
~S the City .Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session, on the 3rd day
of May, 19A8, publically open and examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing all of the improve-
ment werk described in resolution of intention No. 1325 entitled.. #Resolution of the City Counci~ of the City
of South San Francisco Declaring Its Intention to Construct a Sanitary Sawer in South Maple Avenue in said City",
· hich resolution was adopted on the 15th day of March, 1928, and to which resolution reference is hereby made of
a description of said work and of the assessment district in said resolution of intention described;
RESOLVED that said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bide, except that herein-
after mentiened; and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and improvement to the most responsible bidder,
to-wit~ Ed Jarvis at the prices ~a~ed in his bit, to-wit.'

The City Clerk is hereby directed to poet a notice of this award conspicuously for five (5) days on
or near the Coancil Chamber Door of this Council, and also to publish said notice by two (2) insertions in "The
South San Francisco Journal", a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said Cit~. of ~outh
San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 3rd day of May, 19A8, by the following vote:
