RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT FOR IMPRO~T I~ORK
PERFORMED UN~ER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NUMBER 1095.

~.~HEREAS no person has complained to or appealed to the City Council of the'City of South San
Francisco with reference to the assessment made by the Superintendent of Streets of said City upon the property
declared to be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in resolution of intention No. 1095 entitled:
"A resolution of the City of South San Francisco declaring its intention to improve streets and other areas in
~he subdivision in said City of South San Francisco known as Rancho Burl-Burl", adopted on the 23rd day of April,
19&6.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the City Coundtl of the City of South San Francisco that said assessment be
and the same hereby is confirmed.
The Superintendent of Streets of said City, is hereby dirgct~d to deliver to the contractor which
performed the improvement'work mentioned in said resolution of intention No. 1095, said assessment, to which shal[
be attached a warrant authorizing said contractor to demand and receive the several assessments upon said assess-
ment, in the manner and form re~Aired by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at the
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 7th day of June, 19&8; by the
following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferk%Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
