A .RESOLUTION ORDERING THE ABATE~ENT OF WEEDS FOR
1948 ·
'~{EREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 17th day of May, 1948,
pass it~ resolution of intention to abate the nuisance caused by weeds growing upon the streets in said Resol~
of Intention designated; and
~HEREAS notices to destroy weeds have been consoicuously posted in front of all the property u!
the streets designated in.the said resolution of intention.
The posting of said notices was completed on the 29th day of May, 1948; and
,WHEREAS no person has bbjected to orprOtested agaSnst the proposed removal of said weeds;
R~SOLVED by the City'Council of the City of South ~an Francisco that the:Streets Superintendent
said City be, and he is hereby ordered, to abate said nuisance belhaving the weeds referred to in said resolut
of intention rem6ved.
I'hereby certify tha~ the foregoing resolution was lregularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the C~ty of South San Fr~cisco, this 7th day of June, 1948, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
