RESOLUTION NO. 1352
A RESOLUTION AMENDING NO. 1332 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ENTITLED: "AN ORDER PROVIDING FOR THE ISSU-
ANCE OF STREET IMPRO~NT BONDS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATIONS
OF SUCH BONDS AND THE INTEREST COUPONS ATTACHED," ADOPTED APRIL
5, 19A8.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of South San Francisco that Section 1 of Resolution No. ~'1332
of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco entitled: "An order providing for the issuance of street
improvement bonds, prescribing the denominations of such bonds and the interest coupons attached", adopted April 5,
19&8, be, and the same hereby is amended so that said Section 1, as amended, shall read as follows:
Section 1. Said bonds be issued upon the security' of the unpaid assessments in the amount of Nine
Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy-eight and 78/100 Dollars ($9978.78) in accordance with the provisions of said "Improve-
ment Act of 1911", and the amendments thereto, and of the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", and the amendments thereto,
under and pursuant to the resolutions, notices and proceedings duly adopted and taken by'said City Council. Said bonds
shall be called "!morovement Bonds" and shall be dated April 5, 19A8, and bear interest at the rate of five (5%) per cent
per annum commencing on the 9th day 6f December, 19~7, and shall be ten (90) in number and should be in the following
denominations:
