RESOLUTION NO. 135&
RESOLVED that the City of South San Francisco does hereby accept the easement of F. H. THORINSON
and EVELYN THORINSON, his wife, and LLOYD SUNDBERG and MARY SUNDBERG, his wife, granting ~nto the City a right-of-
way for the construction and maintenance of a public highway over, in and upon all that certain tract of land situate
in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
BEC~INNING at the point of intersection of the northwesterly line of Fairway'Drive and the
southwesterly terminus thereof, as said Fairway Drive, is shown on the map of Tract No.
53& Map No. l'Country Club Park, filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County
on May 9, 1941 in Book 23 of Maps at pages 5A, 55 and 56; running thence South 58° 45' West
along the northwesterly line of F$irway Drive, extended southwesterly, 980 feet; thence at
right angles southeasterly 50 feet to the southeasterly line of Fairway Drive, if entended
southwesterly; thence northeasterly, along said last mentioned line, 980 feet; thence at
right anglss northwesterly 50 feet to the point of beginning.
The date .of said easement is May 20, 1948. It is hereby requested that a certified copy of this
Resolution be recorded by the County Recorder of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was.duly and regularly passed and adopted 6y'the City
Council of the City of Sout~ San Francisco at a regular meeting held 'on the 21st day of June, 1948, by the following
vote, to-wit:
Ayes; Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko
Noes: Councilmen None
Absent; Councilmen Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi
