A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT FOR IMPRO~ ~ORK PERFORU~D
UNDO2{ RESOLUTION OF INTEI~ION NO. 12A6, ADOPTED AUGUST 7, 19&7.
WEST ORANGE AVENUE
~PLEREAS no person has complained to or appealed to t~e City Council of the City of South San Francisco
with reference to the assessment made by the Superintendent of Streets of said city upon the property declared to be
benefited by the public improvemen~ work mentioned in resolution of intention No. 12~6 entitled: "A resolution of the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco declaring its intention to improve l~est Orange Avenue between the south
line of Railroad Avenue and the south side of the San Francisco Municipal Railway", adopted August 7, 19~?;
THEREFORE, RESOLW~D by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said assessment be, and
the same is hereby confirmed.
The Superintendent of Streets of said city is hereby directed to deliver to the contractor, who performed
the improvement work mentioned in said resolution of intention No. 12&6, said assessment, to which shall be attached
a warrant authorizing said contractor to demand and receive the several assessments upon said assesmment, in the manner
and form required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting, this 21st day of June, 19~8, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen: Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen: Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
