DIRECTING MAKING OF REASSES~NT UNDER RESOLUTION OF
INTERWfION NO. 1220.

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California,
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the City Clerk of said City, pursuant
to Resolution of Intention No. 1220 adopted by the City Council of said City on June 2, 19&7, and to the provisi(
of theI~provement Act of 1911, as amended, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, as amended, and said assessmen!
was confirmed by said Council on February2, 19&8; and
~$~P~EAS, Said assessments were irregularly levied~ and are not enforceable through the curative
provisions in relation thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. The Superintendent of Streets of said City, made and file with this Council a reassessment of
all parcels of property formerly assessed under said Resolution of Intention;
2. The reassessment shall assess upon and against each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land
contained therein an amount arrived at as follows: The benefits dsrived, or to be derived, by each of said lots,
pieces or parcels of land, from the work or improvement, estimated as of the date of the filing of the original
assessment with said City Clerk, shall first be listed. The total of such reassessment, however, shall not excee
the cost and expenses of the work and improvement. Said reassessment shall refer to the original assessment file
giving the date of filing said original assessment and state that it is made pursuant to the order of this Counci
and shall be accompanied by a diagram showing the lots to be reassessed and their relation to the workl
IT IS F~THER ORDERED that said reassessment, when completed, shall be presented to this Council.
I hereby certify that th~ foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 21st day of June, 19A8, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen: Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko
Noes, Councilmen: None
Absent, Councilmen: Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
