FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING ON REASSESSMENT
AND PROVIDING NOTICE.
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1220
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San ranclsco, San Mateo County, California,
that
~'~EREAS, prusuant to Resolution No. 1356 of this Couhcil, the Superintendent of Streets of said
City, did, on the 21st day of June, 19~8, file with this Council a reassessment, together with a diagram there~
attached, covering properties~involved in proceedings under Resolution of Intention ~o. 1220 of this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that %¥ednesday, the 21st day of July, 19A8, at the regular meetin~
place of the Council in the Council Chambers, City Hall, South,,~San Francisco, .Califor~a, be, and the same
is hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearing said reassessment before said Council.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City ~lerk of said City shall advertise the time of such hearing
before the City Council by publishing a notice two times in the South San Francisco Enterprise, a newspaper
published and circulated in s aid City, and hereby designated for that p~rpose.
