Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accepts that
certain deed wherein South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, conveys to said city a right=Of-way in
the lands hereinafter described for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public street or highway in,
over andthrough all that certain tract of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San
Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point Which is the Southeasterly corner of that certain O.ld6 acre parcel of land
described in deed from South San Frand Land and Improvement Company, a Qorporation, to Wildberg Bros.,
recorded March 9, 1923 in Book 66 Official Records of San Mateo County at page 381; running thence from
said point of beginning to the Southerly corner of that certain 0.&639 acre parcel of land described
as Parcel "B" in deed from South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company~ a corporation, to the City
of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, recorded February 19, 19d~ in Book ld62 Official
tQcords of San Mateo County Psge 2, the following courses and distances: N. 55° 58' 26" E. 1~6.77 feet;
N. dO° 58' 30" E. 16d.22 feet; N. 3d° 50' E. 9L.l& feet; and N. d6° Od' E. 119.61 feet; thence along the
Easterly line of said Parcel '~" the following courses snd distances: N. d6° 0~' E. 138.86 feet; North
lO0.O0 ft.; and N. 30o ~5' ~. 106.22 feet to a point in the dividing line between T~de Lots 7 and 26
produced !~sterly; thence,along said dividing line East 65.0& feet; thence Southeasterly, ~outherly, and
Southwesterly the followin~ courses and distances: S.39o dS' E. 82.71 feet; ~outh 139.3d feet; S. ~6o
Od' ~. 27~.81 feet; $. 5d° 50' ~. 91.90 feet; S. LO° 58' 30" ~V. 17~.08 feet; and S. 55° 5~' 26" W.
feet; thence on the arc of a curve to the southeast having a radius of 500 feet, the center of which
bears S. 2d° &6' 25" J. from the last described point, a distaoce of 185.93 feet to a point of compound
curve; thence on the arc of a curve to t}~e right having a radius of 225 feet, a distance of 167.16 feet
to a point; thence S. 12° 51' -~. 17A.98 feet to a point in the Northeasterly line of the land of the
South San Francisco Belt Railway, a cprporation; thence along said Northeasterly line on a curve to the
Northwest h~ving a radius of 555.26 feet, the center of which bears S. S2° 18' 55" W. from last mentioned
point, an arc distance of 112.$2 feet t~ a point; thence leaving said Northeasterly line N. 12o 51' E.
7d.05 feet to a point of curve; thence 6n a curve to the left having a radius of 175 feet, the center of
which bears N. 77° 09' 'V., an arc distance of 130.O1 feet to a point of compound curMe, a radial line
through last mentioned point bears S. 60° 17' 'V.; thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 250
feet, an arc distance of 16~.06 feet to a point of compound curve, a radial li~e through said point bear-
ing S. 22° kl' W.; thence on a curve to the left hsving a radius of 75 feet, an arc distance of 31.72
feet to a point which bears radially N. 1° 32' d6" W. from the center curve; thence S. 88° 27' l&" W.
8.63 feet to a point; thence North 50 feet to point of beginsing.
Containing 1.Od3 acres more or less.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause s~id deed, together with a certified copy of this resolu-
tion, to be recorded in the office of the County of S~n ~ateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 19th day of July, 1%8, by the following vote:
