RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T}~ CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING AGRE~!ENT FOR I~INTENANCE ~
STATE HIGH"~AY IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO.
~.:~REAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented
an Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of South San Francisco for the period July l, 19&8 to
June 30, 19~9.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full snd is familiar with the contents thereof;
T~ER~O~E, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said Agreement for
Maintenance of the State Highway in the City is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to
sign th~ same on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 19~8.
