CONFIRMING REASSESSMENT RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.
1220 RAILROAD AVENUE S~
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, San Mateo Council, California, that
WHEPJAS, said Council did on the 21st day of June, 19~$, adopt its Resolution No. 1356 ordering the
Superintendent of Streets to make and file with the City Clerk of said City a reaseesament of all parcels of property
formerly assessed under Resolution of Intem6ion No. 1220 of said Council and designated upon the original assessment
and diagram and de, firmed by said Council on February 2, 19~8;
WHEREAS, SAID Superintendent of Streets did on the 21st day of June, 1928, pursuant to said Resolution
No. 1356 file with the City Clerk of said City a Diagram and ~eassessment;
WHEREAS, said City Council fixed Wednesday, the 21st day of July, 1928, as the time for hearing said
reassessment and caused notice of said hearing to be published twice in the South San Francisco Enterprise, as
appears f~m the affidavit of publication on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City; and
~, at the time and place fixed for said hearing, no protests or objections were made or presented
to the proposed reassessment, and all matters .and things pertaining to said reassessment were duly heard smd considered
by said Board;
NOW, THEP~FO~E, IT IS O~DERED that said Reassessment filed with the City Clerk of said City pursuant to
Resolution No. 1356 be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the City Clerk of said City shall deliver said Reassessment to the Superintendent
of Streets with a certified, copy of this resolution thereto attached, and said Superintendent of Streets shall thereupon
record such Reassessment with a certificate at the end thereof by the City Clerk of said City that it is the reassessment
approved by the City Council on the 21st day 'of July, 19~8;
The Superintendent of Streets shall note opposite the several assessments in said original Diagram and
Assessment that they have been displaced by said reaesessment, gi?ing its date, and shall credit upon such reassessment
all payments theretofore made upon the original assessment. When said reassessments have been recorded, the Superin-
tendent of Streets shall cause the original assessments involved to be cancelled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San, FrancisCo this 2nd day of August, 19~8, by the following vote:
