RESOLUTION NO. 1369
A RESOL[~ION AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER UNDER
THE BAYSHORE FREEWAY.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session, on the 18th day of
August, 19&8, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals-or bids submitted for doing the sewer
construction work referred to in the Resolution No. 1367 adopted by said City Council on the 16th day of August,
19&8;
RESOLVED by said City Council that said City Council hereby rejects all said bids, except that herein-
after mentioned, and hereby accepts the bid of Gabriel Construction Company for the sum of Two Thousand Four
Hundred and Thirty-two Dollars ($2~32.00).
The mayo~ of said city and the city clerk are hereby authorized and directed, in the name of said city
and under its seal, to execute a contract with said successful bidder for the performance of said work.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by t~e City Council
of the City of South San Francisco this 18th day of August, 19~8, by the following vote:
Ayes,
Councilmen Victor Boido, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes,
Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen Chas. K. Elder
