RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 136A ADOPTED AUGUST 2, 1948.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South Sa~ Francisco that paragraph one (1) of Resolution No.
136~, adopted by said City Council on the 2nd day of August, 19&8 be and the same hereby is amended so that said
paragraph one (1), as amended, shall read as follows:
1. Ten (10) cents for a can of twenty-five (25) gallons and fifty (50) cents per cubic yard.
For garbage originating outside of the City of South San Francisco the above mentioned prices shall not
apply, but said South San Francisco Scavenger COmpany may fix its own prices for garbage referred to in this paragraph.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was reg,~arly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco this 18th day of August, 1948, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, CounciLmen None
Absent, Councilmen Chas. K. Elder.
