Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco tha~ said City enter into
an agreement with the United States of America, to be dated the 1st day of September, 19~8, in the form
of agreement designated "NO-COSTMAINTENANCE AND CARE CONTRACT", which form of agreement was submitted to
said City Council this day and provides for the protective custody of all land, buildings, utilities and
improvements on the premises known as Belair Shipyard, located in said City.
The Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute said agreement in behalf of said
City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco this First day of September, 19A8, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen V. Boido, ~has. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen Emilio Cortesi.
