RESOLUTION FIXING TAX RATE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1998-19&9.
RESOLVED. by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the number of cents to be paid to said
City of South San Francisco upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the property taxable by said municipality with-
in said City of South San Francisco, and hereby levied upon for the purposes of the several funds hereinafter named,
for the fiscal year beginning July l, 19A8, and ending June 30, 19~9, be, and the same hereby are designated as
follows:

PRIOR TO JANUARY 1, 19~6,

Said City Council hereby fixe~ the rate of taxes of said City at the sum of One and 90/100 Dollars ~.90)
upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the property taxable by said municipality and included within the corporate
boundaries of said city prior to January l, 19A6, the same being the aggreg ate of the amountsopposite the foregoing
funds, and hereby levies the sum of One. and 90/100 Dollars ($1.90) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.OO) of the property
mentioned in this paragraph and taxable by said municipality.

Said City Council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said city at the s~ of One and 81/100 Dollars ($1.81)
upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the property taxable by said municipality and included within the boundaries
of all property annexed between the 1st day of January, 19~8, and the 1st day of January, 19A7, the same being tha
~gregate of the amounts last hereinbefore set forth, and hereby levies the sum of One and 81/lO0 Dollars ~.81) upon each
One Hundred Dollars ($100.OO) of all property taxable by said municipality within the boundaries of land so annexed to said
city as aforesaid.
Said City Council hereby orders the sums 8f money, levied as aforesaid to be collected.
I hereby certify that the foregeing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, this 7th day of September, 19~, by the following vote:
