RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that said city enter into an
agreement with the State of California, acting by and through the Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, in which agreement provision will be made for uniform procedure for the relocation, rearrangement
or removal of facilities as the improvement or construction of state highways in said city be required. Such
agreement shall incorporate, by reference, that certain "Memorand~m of Proced,zre for Public Utility Facility
Relocation on State Highways", issued by the Department of Public ¥torks of the State of Cs. lifornia, on .June l,
194~.
The mayor and the city clerk of said city are hereby authorized and directed to execute in
behalf of said city, the agreement hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, this ~th day of October, 19~8~ by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. E. Elder, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
