RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that it is the intention of
said City Council to amend Ordinance No. 269 of said city, known as the Zoning or Districting Plan, adopted by
said City Council on the 8th day of December, 19l~7, so as to place the land hereinafter described in a C-1 district.
The land hereinbefore referred to consists of lots numbered one (1) to.thirteen (13), both inclusive, in Block 12~
as shown upon that certain map entitled: . "South San Francisco, San Mateo Co. Cal. Plat No. l" which map was filed
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San ~teo, California, ~arch l, 1892, and recorded in ~p
Book No. 2 at page 52.
The Planning Commission is hereby directed to hold a public hearing with reference to zoning the land
hereinbefore described, as in this resolution proposed, and to fix the time and place of such hearing and to give
notice thereof as provided in said Ordinance No. 269.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, this 18th day of October, 19~8, by the following vote:
