HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1386-1948 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city make application to the Public Utilities Commission of the~gtate of California for permission to construct and maintain a public street or highway over and uoon the right of way of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company and the right-of-way of the Municipal ~ailway of San Francisco, which rights of way are included in the area of land in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: A strip of land eighty (80) feet in width~ extending forty (AO) feet at right angles on each side of the followin¢ described center line: beginning at a point which bears south 15° 33' west &7.66 feet and south A3° 33' west 697.3& feet and sou%h 56° &5' 35" west 369.82 feet from the intersection of Chestnut Avenue and Commercial Avenue as delineated on that certain map entitled: "South San Francisco, San Mateo Co. Cal. Plat No. l", which map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San D~teo, California, March l, 1892, and recorded in Uap Book No. 2 at page 52; thence south 56° LS' 35" west 2~1.18 feet, more or less, to the easterly boundary line of E1 Camino Heal. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed, in the name of said city, to execute the application hereby authorized. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City ouncll of the City of South San Francisco, this 18th day of October, 19d8, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Victor Hoido, Chas.
