A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPRDV~NT OF STREETS
IN FRAI~ISCO TERRACE.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as follows:

1. Said City Council adopts and approves the plans and specifications submitted by Atlas P~ealty Comp
corporation, for the improvement of the public streets in a sub-division of land in said city know~
Terrace, w~ich plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the City Clerk,of said city,
express conditions hereinafter mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 hereof.
2. Said Atlas Realty Company shall convey to said City of South San Francisco, not later than the 3r,
day of November, 19A8, a right-of-way for the construction and mainten~.uce of a public street or highway over and
upon all that certain tract or Parcel of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, Sta~
of California, and described as follows:
Beginning at the Southerly corner of Lot 1 in Block 1 as delineated on that Map of
"Francisco Terrace" recorded June 8th, 19L$, in Book 29 of Official Maps at page 18,
San Mateo County records; thence South 59° 15' 20" West 15 feet to the westerly
corner of Lot 2, Block 1; thence along the southwesterly line of said B16ck 1, South
30° &A' LO" East 660 feet; thence, continuing in a Southeasterly direction around a
curve to the left with a radius of 20 feet a distance of 31.L2 feet to the South-
easterly line of Lot 9, Block 1; thence North 59° 15' 20" East 15 feet; thence North-
westerly around a curve to the right with a radius of 20 feet a distance of 31.A2
'feet; thence along a line parallel with a~M 15 feet easterly at right angles to the
said Southwesterly line of Block 1, North 30° ~' LO" West 660 feet to the point of
beginning.
3. Said Atlas Realty Company shall cause street improvements to be constructed upon said area descri~
in paragraph 2 hereof, in strict accordance with the provisions of said plans and specifications not later than the
1st day of November, 19L9.
L. Said Atlas Realty Company shall deliver to said City of South San Francisco a bond executed by sat
Atlas Realty Company and some-corporate surety company authorized to transact business in the State of California i
the penal sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.OO) conditioned at, said .Atlas Realty Company shall improve the area
of land hereinbefore described, in accordance with said plans and specifications not later than the 1st of Movember

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Counci
of the City of South San Francisco, this 1st day of November, 19L8, by the following vote:
