RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO APPROVING FIRST SUPPI2MENTAL OF
AGR~.NT FOR MAINTENANCE STATE HIGHWAY IN THE
· CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its-:Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, has
presented a supplemental Agream~ent for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of South San Francisco, which
provides for revision of Section 3 of Agreement for Maintenance of State Highway as now in effect, for the period
July 1, 19~8 to June 30, 19~9.
~HEREAS, the City Council has heard read said eupplemental agreement in full and is familiar with the
contents thereof;
THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO that said First
Supplemental Agreement for Maintenance of State Highway in the City is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said city.
ADOPTED this 1st day of NoYember, 19~8.
