RE~OLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisc° that said city hereby accept that
certain deed, dated the 22nd day of ~eptember, 1928, wherein G. W. Williams Company, a corporation, conveys to said
City of South San Francisco,
Ail that certain street lighting system installed and situated in, upon, under and over
those certain streets as designated on that certain map entitled, Re-subdivision South-
wood Commercial'. Tract, South San Francisco, California which map was filed for record
January 2, 19&8, in the office of the recorder of the County of ~an Mateo, State of
California, in Book 28 of Maps at page 29.
The city clerk is hereby directed to cause said de.ed, together with a certified copy of this resolution,
to be recorded in the office of the county recorder of the Cettnty of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced md adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco this 1st day of November, 19~8, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilman Victor BOido, ~has. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani; Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
