DEED TO BURI-BURI HOME~, INC.
WH~AS Buri-Buri Homes, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of
California, by deed granted an easement to the City of South San Francisco in and to the land hereinafter describe
which deed was dated April 22, 19~$, and recorded May 8, 19~6, in BoOk 1270 of official Records at page ~03, in t~.
office of the county recorder of the County of San Mateo, California; and
W~EREA~ said easement is not in use and is not necessary for the purposes of said city.
RE~OLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city execute to said Buri-
Homes, Inc., a quitclaim deed to all that ~ertain land situate in the City o~ ~outh San Francisco, County of San
Mateo, ~tate of California, and described as follows:
A strip of ]:~d ten (1~) feet in width lying five (5) feet on each side of the line.
dividing lots two (2) and three (3) in block four (~), for the full length of said line
as said lots and block are designated on that certain map entitled: "Rancho Buri-Buri
South San Francisco, California", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of
the County of San Mateo, State of California, on March 22, 19&6, in Book 25 of Maps at
pages 28-29 and 30.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to execute to said Buri Buri Homes, Inc. a quitcla~
deed hereby authorized.

of the City of South San Francisco this 1st day of November, 19&8.
