conveys to said city al~ those certs_in lots or parcels of ~d situate in the ¢it¥ of ~outh San ~rancisco, County
of San ~ateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Lots n,,~m~ered one (1) and two (2) in Block numbered one (1), as shown upon that
certain map entitled: "Rancho Buri-Buri, South San Francisco", which map was filed
in the office of the county recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California
March 22, 1926, and recorded in Book 2~ of Maps at pages 28, 29 and 30.
Be it further resolved by said City Council of said city, that said city pay to Buri Buri Homes, In¢
the sum of Three Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Six and 80/100 ($3,~86.80) for the land hereinbefore described, and
that a warrant, payable in said amount, be drawn in favor of said Buri-Buri Homes, Inc. and delivered to said
Buri-Buri Homes, Inc.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the county recorder of the County of San Mateo.

of the City of ~outh San Francisco, this 1st day of November, 1928, by the following vote:
