A RE~3LUTION CO~FIRMING ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT ~ORK
~2~FO~ UNDE~ RESOL~ION OF INTENTION NO. 1325,
ADOPTED MARCH 15, 19&8.
WHEREAS no person has complainbd to or appealed to the City Council of the City of South San
· Francisco with reference to the assessment made by the superintendent of streets of said city upon the property
declared to be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in Resolution of Intention No. 1325 entitled:
"A Resolution of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco Declaring its Intention to Construct a
Sanitary Sewer in South Maple Avenue in said City," adopted March 15, 19&8;
~EREFORE, resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said assessment be
and the same is hereby confirmed.
The superintendent of streets of said city is hereby directed to deliver to the contraetor, who
performed t~e improvement work mentioned in said Resolution of Intention No. 1325, said assessment, to which
sh-ll be attached a warrant authorizing said contractor to demand and receive the several assessments upon
said assessment, in the manner and form required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 6th day of December, 19&8, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas'. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
