A RESOLUTION CO~WIRMING ASSESSMF.NT .FOR IMPRDV~ENT WORE PERFORMED
UNDER RESOLUTION OF ' INTENTION NO. 1233, ADOPTED JULY 8, 19&7.
WHEPSL. AS no person has complained to or appealed to the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco'with reference to the assessment made by the superintendent of streets upon the property declared
to be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in Resolution of Intention No. 1233 entitled: "A
Resolution of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco Declaring Its Intention to Improve the Street
in the Subdivision of said City of South San Francisco Known as Rancho Buri-Buri, ~ap No. 2," adopted July 8, 1
THEREFORE, resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said assessment
and the same is hereby cohfirmed
The superintendent of streets of 'said city is hereby directed to deliver to the contractor, who
performed the improvement work mentioned in said Resolution of Intention No. 1233, said assessment, to which sh~
be attached a warrant authorizing said contractor to demand and receive the several assessments upon said asses~
merit in the manner and form required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 6th day of December, 1948, by the following vote:
