RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city accept that
certain deed wherein Burl Burl Homes, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State
of CalifOrnia, conveys to said city ll those certain lots or parcels of land situate in the City of South
San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Lots numbered one (1) and two (2) in Block numbered on~ (1), as shown upon that certain
map entitled: '~andho Buri-Buri, South San Francisco", which map was filed in the office of
the county recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, Narch 22, 19~6, and
recorded in Book 25 of Maps at pages 28, 29 and 30.
Be it further resolved by said City Council of said city, that said city pay to Burl-Burl Homes,
Inc., the sum of Thrse Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Six and 80/100 ($3,8~6.80) for the land hereinbefore
described, and that a warrant, payable in said amount, be drawn upon the treasurer in favor o~ said Buri-Buri
Homes, Inc., and delivered to said Buri-BuriHomes, Inc.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the county recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 20th day of December, 19~8, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
