RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the application of Southern
Pacific Company dated the 23rd day of December, 19&8, for permission to construct, maintain and operate an
industrial drill track at grade upon and across East C~and Avenue, in the City of South San Francisco, at the
location designated in said application be, and the same hereby is granted, subject, however, to any such changes
in location or grade as may be necessary for proper drainage. Whenever such change or changes in location on the
grade of such ~drill track may be necessary for proper drainage, such changes must be made at the expense of the
Southern Pacific Company.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 3rd day of Jsnuary, 19A9, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes: Councilmen None

Councilmen None
