RESOLVED by the City Coufleii of the City of South San Francisco that said city enter into an
agreement with the United States.Of AmeriCa, acting by and through the War Assets Administration, for the
acquisition of the title to the Belair Tract property in said city designated as follows:
Ail that certain tract of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San
Mateo, State of California, embracing 25.27 acres more or less, designated for~tsposal purposes as Tract II
of Belair Shipyards, South San Francisco, California. for the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Two Hundred and
Sixty-seven and 50/100 Dollars ($25,267.50).
On execution of the agreement hereby authorized, said city shall pay to the United States of
America the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,O00.00), and the balance of said purchase price not la%er-than
June 15, 19&9.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 3rd day of January, 19&9, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilman Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph' Sani, ~lio Cortesi.
