A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESS}~hwr FOR IMPROVEMENT
.WORK PERFROMED UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.
1255, ADOPTED AUGUST 25, 19&7.
WHEREAS no person has complained to or appealed to the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco with reference to the assessment made by the superintendent of streets of said city upon the property
declared to be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in Resolution of Intention No. 1255 entitled:
"A Resolution of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco Declaring Its Intention to Do Certain
Public Improvement Work in the City of South San Francisco in the Subdivision known as Brentwood Subdivision Mo.
3," adopted August 25, 19&7;
THEREFORE, resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said assessment be
and the same is hereby confirmed.
The superintendent of Streets of said city is hereby directed to deliver to the contractor, who
performed the improvement work mentioned in said Resolution of Intention No. 1255, said assessment, to wl~ich
shall be attached a warrant authorizing said contractor ~o demand and receive the several assessments upon said
assessment, in the manner and form required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 3rd day of January, 19~9 by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilman Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
