RESOLUTION NO. ld13
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accepts
that certain d~ed wherein ATLAS REALTY COMPANY, a corporation, conveysto said C~TY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
all that certain real property situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of
California, an~ described as follows:
Portion of Lots 2-3-&-5-6-7-8 and 9 in Block 1, as designated an the map entitled "FRANCISCO
TERRACE SOUTH SAN FRAkEISCO, CALIF.", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County of San Mateo, State of California, on June 8, 19&8 in Book 29 of Maps at page 18,
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNIN~ at the southerly corner of Lot 1 in Block 1, as shown on the map above referred to;
thence South 59° 15' 20" West 15 feet to the westerly corner of Lot 2, Block l; thence along
the Southwesterly line of said Block 1, South 30° ~&' AO" East 660 feet; and in a Southeasterly
direction on a curve to the left with a radius of 20 feet; a distance of 31.~2 feet to the
Southeasterly line of Lot 9 in Block l; thence North 59° 15' 20" East 15 feet; thence North-
westerly on a curve to the right, from a tangent which bears South 59° 15' 20" West, with a
radius of 20 feet, a distance of 31.~2 feet; thence along a line parallel with and 15 feet
easterly at right angle to the said Southwesterly line of Block l, North 30° ~' kO" West 660
feet to the point of beginning.
The city clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of the county
recorder of the County of San Mateo, California together with a certified copy of this .resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 7th day of February, 19~9, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. EldeR Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Coundilmen None
