deed wherein SOUth San FrancisCo Land andIm~rovement ~ompanF, acO~p~ration organized and existing under the
laws of the State of CalifOrnia,~C0nveyS to Said City~ll that certain land Situate in the City of South San
Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, ahd described as follows:
A portion of Lot 13, Block 1, as shown on '"Amended'Map of High School Park Terrace,
South San Francisco, California", filed January 24, 1947 in Book 26 of Maps at page
49 in the office of the County Recorder of the Couhty of San Mateo, State of Calif-
ornia, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the SouthwesterlY corner of said Lot 13; thence along the Westerly line
of. Lot 13, N. 15° 3&' 40" E. 50.33 ft. and N. 27° 15' 51" E. 20/20 ft. to the North-
westerly corner of said Lot 13, thence, S. 18° 55' 05" W. 70.23 ft. to the point of
beginning.
.The city clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, this 21st day of February, 19A9~ by the following vote:
