HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1421-1949RESOLUTION NO. l&21 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that it is the intention of said city council to amend Ordinance No. 269 of said city, known as Zoning or Districting Plan, adopted by said City Council on the 8th day of December, 19&7, so as to place the land hereinafter described in a C-1 District. The land hereinbefore referred to consists of the portion of block numbered one hundred twenty-four (12&)~, as ahown upon the map hereinafter mentioned, 6xtending from the westerly line of Linden Avenue to the easterly line of Maple Avenue and included between the northerly line of Baden Avenue and the southerly line of Third Lane, and the portion of block numbered one hundred twenty-three (123) extending from the westerly line of Linden Avenue to the easterlF ~ine of Maple Avenue and included between the southerly line of Baden Avenue and the northerly line of Second Lane. The map hereinbefore referred to is that certain map entitled: SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, SAN MATED~ CO. CAL. PLAT NO. l, which map is filed in the office of the County ~ecoDder of the County of San Nateo, State of California, March l, 1892, and recorded in Map Book No. 2 ab page 52. The PlanninE Commission is hereby directed to hold a public hearing ~ith reference to zoning the land hereinbefore described as in this resolution proposed~ and to fix the time and place of such hearing and to give the notice thereof as recorded in said Ordinance No. 269. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly adopted and introduced by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 7th day of March 19&9, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas.
