A RESOLUTION A/~NDING T~E RESOLUTION ENTITLED: "AN ORDER PROVIDING
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF STREET I&'PROVEMENT BONDS, PRESCRIBING THE
DENOMINATIONS OF SUCH BONDS AND THE INTEREST COUPONS ATTACHED, PUR-
SUANT TO RESOLUTION OF IS~ENTION NO. 1255, ADOPTED AUGUST 25, 19&7",
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ON
THE 21ST DAY OF FEBRUARY, 19~9.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that Resolution No.l&18, entitled:
"AN ORDER PROVIDING FORT HE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATIONS OF SUCH BONDS AND
THE INTEREST COUPONS ATTACHED, PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1255, ADOPTED AUGUST 25, 19~7", adopted by
the City Council of said city on the 21st day of February, 19~9, be amended as follows:
The amount unpaid on assessment No. 70,. as recited in said resolution, is hereby corrected to read
$780.00, instead of $680.00.
The amount unpaid on assessment No. 286, as recited in said resolution, is hereby corrected to read
$680, instead of $286.00.
Section 1 of said resolution is hereby corrected in the following particulars: The denominations of
the semi-annual coupons for bonds numbered 20, gO, 60, 80, 100, 120, ldO, 160, 180, 200, 220, 2~0, 260. 280, and
300, are corrected to be Eleven and d8/lOO Dollars ($11.~8), instead of Ten and &9/lOODollars ($10.d9).
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City ~ouncil
of the City of South San Francisco, this 7th day of March, 19~9, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
