RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accept~ that
certain deed dated February 21, 19&9, wherein South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, a corporation,
quitclaims to said city all that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the City of South San Francisco
County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears South 15° 33' west 35 feet and south 7&o 27' east LO feet
from the intersection of the center lines of Chestnut Avenue and Commercial Avenue as shown
on the map of South San Francisco, San Mateo Co. Cal. Plat No. 1 recorded March 1st, 18923
in Liber 2 of Maps at page 52, San Mateo.County records; thence from said point o~ beginning
south 15° 33' west 22.7& feet; thence south &3o 33' west 716.9& feet; thence south 560 &5'
35" west 330.23 feet to the northeasterly line of Mission Road; thence along said north-
easterly line north 13° 17' 50" west &2.17 feet and north &6° 17' 50" west ~1.06 feet; thence
leaving said northeasterly line of Mission Road north 56° &5' 35" east 315.9& feet; thence
north &3° 33' east 687.72 feet; thence north 15° 33' east 2.80 feet to the southerly line of
said Commercial Avemue; thence along the'said southerly line south 7&o 27' east 80 feet to the
point of beginning.
The city clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with the certified copy of this
resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Marco, State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the ~ity of South San Francisco this &th day of April, 19&9.
