RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accepts that
certain deed dated March 29, 19A9, wherein California Water Service Company, a corporation, quitclaims to
said city all that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San
Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Beginning at a point~ which bears south 15° 33' west 35 feet and south 7&° 27' east ~0 feet
from the .intersection of the center lines of Chestnut Avenue and Commercial Avenue as shown
on the m~p of South San Francisco, San Mateo Co. Cal. Plat No. 1 recorded March 1st, 1892,
in Libor 2' of Maps at page 52, San Mateo County records; thence from said point of beginning
south 15°. 33' west 22.7A feet; thence south A3° 33' west 716.9A feet; thence south 56° AS'
35" west -330.23 feet to the northeasterly line of Mission Road; thence along said north-
easterly &ine north 13° 17' 50" west A1.O6 feet; thence leaving said northeasterly line of
Mission Road north 56° A5' 35" east 315.9A feet; thence north A3o 33' east 687.72 feet; thence
north 15° 33' east 2.80 feet to the southerly line of s~id Commercial Avenue; thence along the
said southerly line south 7A° 27' east 80 feet to the point of beginning.
The City Cl~rk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with the certified copy of this
resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Counci'.
