RESOLVED by the City Coumctl of the City of South San Francisco that said city execute to Buri-Buri
Homes, Inc., a corporation, a quitclaim deed for the purpose of abandoning the public utilities easement shown
in block numbered fifteen (15), as shown upon that certain map entitled.
"RANCHO BURI-BURI SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFOERIA", which map was filed in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California, March
22, 19&6, and recorded in Book 25 of Maps at pages 28, 29 and 30.
The mayor and the city clerk are hereby directed, in behald of Sa~d city, to execute the quitclaim deed
hereby authorized.
I hereby certifF that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco this 4th day of April, 19&9, by t~e following vote:
Ayes, Couhcilmen Victor Boido, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Chas. ~. Elder
Noes, Councilmen none
Absent, Councilmen Emilio Cortesi.
