C't'T~ OF SOU'I~I SAN FhAN¢'rSCO. ~EREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open seea~on on the 18th day of April, 19~9, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for resurfacing the tennis court in Memorial Park in said city; RESOLVED that said city council hereby reject all said proposals or"bids submitted, except that.next hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for said work to Malott & Peterson-Grundy at the price named in their bid, to-wit: Seven Hundred and Eighty-~izDollars ($786.00) Said City Council hereby requests that said Malott & Peterson-Grundy procure from some insurance agent maintaining a place of bUsiness in the City of South San Francisco, the bonds required for faithful performance of the contract and for labor and materials. The mayor of said city and the city clerk are hereby directed, in behalf of said city, toexecute the contract hereby awarded. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 18th day of April, 19A9, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas.
