A RESOLUTION ACCEPTIN~ THE RECREATION BUILDING IN ~0RIAL PARK
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San FrancSsco that said city council de~lares that
the work of constructing the recreation building in Memorial Park, under the tontract of said city with Monson
Bros., dated June 13, 1948, has been completed.
The city clerk is hereby directed to execute and file in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of San Mateo, California, a verified notice of completion of said work, in accordance with the provisions
of Section 118~c of the Code of Civil Procedure of the State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San FranciaCo on the ~day of ~y, 19~9, by the following vote:
18th April
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Bcido, Chas. K, Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
