A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT
WORE PERFORMED UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.
1117, ADOPTED JUNE~ 17, 19~6.
~{EREAS no person has complained to or appealed to the City Council of the City of South San
with reference to the assessment made by the ~uperintendent of Streets upon the property declared to be benefited
by the public improvement work mentioned in Resolution of Intention No. lll7 entitled: "A RESOLUTION COh~FIRI~ING
ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT WORK. PERFORMED UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION", adopted June 17, 19&6, therefore,
resolved by the City Council of. the City of South San Francisco that said assessment be, and the same hereby is,
confirmed.
The Superintendent of Streets of said city is hereby directed to deliver to the contractor, which
performed the improvement work mentioned in said Eesolution of Iaten~ion No. lll7, said assessment, which shall
be attached a warrant authorizing said contractor to demand and receive the several assessments upon said
assessment in the manner and form required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City

Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
