A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A STREET OR HIGH~'~AY
AGREEMENT, BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOU~ SAN FRANCISCO AND SOUTH-
ERN PACIFIC COMPANY AND SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South Sani Francisco that said city enter into an agreement
with Southern Pacific Company, a corporation of the State of Delaware, and Southern Pacifi~ Railroad Company, a
corporation, for the construction, maintenance and use of a street or public highway at the intersection of Chestnut
Avenue with the right of ~ay of said Southern Pacific Company.
The mayor and the~City' clerk are hereby suthorized and directed to execute the agreament hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution ~as regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, this 16th day of May, 19~9, by the following v~te:
