RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city council hereby
determines and declares that the fire department building erected at Baden Avenue and Cypress Avenue in said city
has been completed by Nonson Bros., in accordance with the plans and specifications therefdr.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to file in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
· San }~ateo, California, a notice of completion of said work.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 16th day of May, 19A9, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
