RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city enter into an agreement
with Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a Califo~ia corporation, for furnishing switching service and electric energy
for. lighting, by means of the underground system of said city, the city-ore, ed dighting .system consisting of ten (10)
simgle-light electroliers, now installed in the commercial area of Brentwood 'Subdivision No. 2 in the City of South
~an Francisco, which agreement shall be in the form of the agreement bearing date April 11, 1929, and submitted to
said city council by said ~acific Gas and Electric Company.
The mayor and city clerk of said city are hereby authorized to execute the agreement provided for in
this resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the. City 0~uncil
of the City of South San Francisco this 23rd day of May, 1949, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
