%q~EREAS certain qualified electors residing within the boundaries of land hereinafter described
have requested that said land, the same being contiguous to t~m City of South San Francisco, be annexed to said
City of South San Francisco;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city council hereby refer
to the city planning comm~ ssion of said city the proposed annexation of said land to said city for its considera-
tion and recommendation.
The land hereinbefore referred to is all that certain tract of land situate in the County of San
Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southerly corner of Lot 18, Block C as shown on the map entitled "Map No. 1,
Country Club Park", recorded in Book 23 of Maps at pages 52, 55 and 56, San Mateo County Records; thence along
the southwesterly boundary of said Country Club Park, North 31° 15' West 330 feet; thence North 16° 02' East 530.8
feet; thence North 31° 15' West 320.81 feet to the westerly corner of Lot 8, Block H, Country Club P~rk; thence a-
long the northwesterly boundary line of said Country Club Park, North 58° 25' East 330 feet; thence South 31° 15'
East 60.90 feet; thence North 58° 25' East 890 feet to point in the northwesterly line of Lot 2, Block F, Country
club Park, which is also an angle point in the corporate limits boundary of the City of South San Francisco~ thenc
along said Corporate limits boundary, North 31° 15' West 120.17 feet; thence South 60° 30' West 298.75 feet; thenc
South 75° 00' West 150 feet; thence South 59° 00' West 220.00 feet; thence South 860 20' West 63 feet; thence
South 53° 00' West 100 feet; thence South 31° 5?' West 192.9& feet; thence North 85° 58' West 182.93; thence South
77° 52' 30" West 180.63 feet; thence North 31° 15' West 270.10 feet to a point on the southeasterly boundary, line
of the lands of the California Golf Club, said point also being an angle point in the said Corporate limits
boundary; thence North 55° '07' 30~ East, along said southeasterly boundary line of the lands of the California
Golf Club to the easterly corner of said lands; thence continuing along the boundary of said lands of the Californ
Golf Club, North 39° 25' ~5" West 770.9? feet and North' 50o 00' 30" East 532.37 feet to a point in the southerly
boundary of Lot 228, as shown on the map entitled "Southwood Map No. 3" recorded in Book 22 of Maps at page ~0,
San Mateo Count, records; thence along the southerly boundary of said Southwood No. 3 easterly along a curve to
the left with a radius of 1~75 feet to a point in the southerly line of Lot 23~ as shown on said map of Southwood
No. 3, which point is the beginning of a course bearing South 86° 58' East; thence along the boundary of said
Southw~od NoA 3, South 86° 58' East ~2 feet; thence North 85° 56' 30" East 63.50 feet; thence North 82° 29' 10"
East 150 feet to th~ southeasterly corner of said Southwood No. 3, which point also lies in the westerly line of
property belon~gicn~ to the City and County of San Francisco; thence along said easterly line of property belonging
to the City and ounty of 8an Francisco, South 7° 10' 50~ West 20~.8~ feet to a point on the southwesterly pro-
longation of the southeasterly line of Southwood Commercial Trac}, as shown on the map recorded in Book 25 of
Maps at page ~0, San Mateo Couatyy Records; thence North 55° ~2' 10" east along said southwesterly prolongation
and southeastsr~ly line of Southwood Commercial Tract to a point in the southwesterly line of E1 Camino Real, which
point is also the southeasterly corner of said Southwood Commercial Tract; thence sot~easterly along said south-
westerly line of E1 Camino ~eal to the easterly corner of the aforementioned Country Club Park; thence South 58°
15' West 2825 feet to the point of beginning.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South. San Francisco, this 23rd of May, 1929, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio 6ortesi.
