RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that it is the intention of said city
council to amend Ordinance No. 269 Of- said city, known as Zoning' or Districting plan, adopted by said city council
on the 8th day of December, 19~7, ao as to place the land hereinafter described in a R-1 district. The land hereinbe-
fore referred to consists of all that certain tract or parcel Of land situate in the City of South San Francisco,
County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Ail that parcel of land shown on that certain map entitled' "STERLING TERRACE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
CLAIFORNIA", which map was filed in the office of the County of San Mateo, California, March &, 19&8, and recorded
in Map Book 30 at pages 6 and77.
The planning commission is hereby directed to hold a public hearing with reference to zoning the
land hereinbefore described, as in this resolution proposed, and fix the time and place of such hearing and to
give the notice thereof as provided in said Ordinance No. 269.
I Mereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 6th day of June, 19~9, by the following vote:
