A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ACKN~DGING RECEIPT OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO
CIRCULATE PETITION FOR ANNEXATION OF UNINCORPORATED T~RI-
TORY TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city council hereby
acknowledges receipt of notice of intention to circulate petition for annexation of unincorporated territory
to the City of South San Francisco ~nd that said city council hereby approves the intention of the proponents
to circulate such petition.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Vrancisco this.6th day of J~ne, 19~9, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Oortesi.
