RESOLUTION NO. 1461
RESOLUTION A'~ARDING CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE SUPS'ACING
OF PORTIONS OF GRAND AVENUE
'~EREAS THE City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session, duly open,
examine and declare all bids submitted for the work hereinafter described.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the'City of South San Francisco~hat all said bids, except-that next
hereinafter mentioned, be, and the same hereby are, rejected and that said'city council hereby awards the contract
for said work ~a the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit: Freeman Paving Co., at the prices named in its bid, to-wit:
Item I Six and 1~100 Dollars ($6.19) per ton;
Item II Nine (9) cents per square yard
The ma)~x~nd the city clerk are hereby directed to execute a contract with said successful bidder, for
the work hereinbefore described.
I hereby certify that the foregoiqg resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, this 23rd day of June, 19~9, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Victor Boi~o
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen Emilio Cortesi.
