AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1412 PROVIDING FOR ISSUANCE OF
BONDS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1220.
RESOLVED by the Council of t~e City of South San Francisco, California, that
'~EREAS, on January 3, 1949, this Council adopted its Resolution No. 1412 under Resolution of Intention No.
1220 adopted by it on June 2, 1947:
WHEREAS, said resolution provided for the issuance of bonds in six annual installments rather than
sev6n, as directed in the ~esolution of Intention in said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said resolution be, and it is hereb?, amended in the following
particulars;
1. That bonds shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments in the amount of $3,117.9& in
accordance with the provisie~s of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and under and pursuant to the provisions of said
Resolution of Intention'and'the proceedings thereunder duly had and taken; that said bonds shall be seven (7) in
number, shall be dated December 6, 19~8, and bear interest at the rate of five per cent (5%) per annum from ~:gust 27,
1948 ~nd the denominsation of said bonds with their respective numbers and dates of maturity are as follows:
