A RESOLUTION VACATING THE RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOT THE IMPROVEMENT OF SOUTH
LINDEN AVENUE AND SAN NATEO AVE.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of ~outh San Francisco that Resolution No. lA5&, which
resolution adopted plans and specifications for the improvement of Linden Avenue between the southerly boundary
line of Railroad Avenue to the southerly termination of said Linden Avenue, and San Marco Avenue from the termin~
tion of Linden Avenue to the southerly boundary line of the City of South San Francisco, adopted June 6, 19&9,
be, and the same hereby is vacated and set aside.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 23rd day of June, 19~9, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Co~mcilmen Emilio Cortesi.
