A ~ESOLUTION AUTHORIZING P[~JLICATION TO THE BOARD OF
P~.~L;¢ HEALTH OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR P~I~MISSIO~
TO CONSTRUCT A JOINT SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT FOR THE
CITIES OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND SAN BRUNO AND ADJACENT
TERRITORY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city make application
to the State of California, Board of Public Health, for a permit to construct a Joint sewage treatment plant for
the Cities of South San Francisco and San Bruno, and adjacent territory, employing primary treatment for both
domestic and industrial wastes and discharging the plant effluent into a channel of the Bay of San Francisco
about three thousand (3,000) feet east of the Bayshore Highway in South San Francisco, California.
The Mayor of ~-/d city is hereby directed, in behalf of said city to execute the application
hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
C~uncil of the City of South San Francisco this 18th day of July, 19L9, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas, K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
