RESOLUTION NO. 1A72
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City Council hereby
declares its intention, in the event that the electors of said city vote in favor of the incurring bonded inbebt-
edness for the construction of a sewage disposal plant and sewers, for said city, in a special election to be
held ca the 26th day of July, 19~9, to adopt an ordinance providing for sewage rentals for use of sewers for domestic
and industrial~ purposes in said city. Ail income arising from such sewer rentals shall be used exclusively for the
purposes of repaying the bonded indebtedness, which may be authorized, together with the interest which may accrue
thereon until such indebtedness is paid, and for the maintenance of such sewage disposal plant.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 18th day of July, 19&9, by the following votea
